About CELA (Cellula)
Cellula is a programmable incentive layer that utilizes a virtual Proof-of-Work (vPOW) mechanism to achieve fair asset distribution and liquidity guidance through innovative gamified issuance methods. Backed by Binance Labs and OKX Ventures.
Cellula's vPOW empowers "BitLife" entities with unique hashrates, enabling them to engage in a gamified mining process that generates dynamic incentives. This innovative approach to mining introduces adaptability and programmability, allowing Cellula to achieve unprecedented levels of fair asset distribution and liquidity allocation guidance - a true first for the EVM-compatible networks.

Please complete any spot or futures transaction and then register again.
Snapshot and Holding Requirements
Daily snapshot holdings must meet the minimum requirement: USDT ≥ 1,000 or LBK ≥ 130,000.
Only holdings in a single eligible token are counted for allocation calculation; daily holdings below the requirement will not be considered.
- Example: If a user holds 500 USDT and LBK worth 800 USDT, totaling 1,300 USDT, this does not satisfy the Launchpool holding requirement as neither individual holding meets the threshold.
During the snapshot, USDT holdings are calculated as the sum of USDT in the spot account and the principal USDT in the futures account. Unrealized P&L and bonuses in the futures account are excluded.
Allocation Calculation
Average daily holding value = Sum of daily holding values / 3 days.
Daily holding value must be ≥ 1,000 USDT to qualify for allocation calculation.
- Example:
If a user’s daily holdings are 1,000 USDT, 1,200 USDT, and 999 USDT, the average daily holding is (1,000 + 1,200 + 0) / 3 = 733.33.
If a user’s daily holdings are 999 USDT for three days, the average daily holding is (0 + 0 + 0) / 3 = 0.
LBank will distribute the Launchpool allocation among qualified registered users based on the proportion of each user’s average daily holdings. Allocation distribution will apply a hard cap mechanism, with an individual cap of 20,000 CELA per user.
